Terms of service
Last updated October 10, 2026
These terms apply when you use Rivenly. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them. If you use Rivenly for a company, you agree on its behalf. Rivenly is operated by Hesed Marketing, LLC, doing business as Rivenly; "we" and "us" mean that company.
The service
Rivenly lets marketing agencies connect analytics sources such as Google Analytics and share the resulting dashboards with their clients through private portals. Rivenly is in early access: features may change, and it is offered by invitation.
Accounts
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@rivenly.xyz if you think someone else has used it.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
If you are an agency
- Only connect analytics accounts and properties that you have the right to access, and only share a client's data with people that client has agreed should see it.
- You are responsible for the people you invite and for removing their access when it should end.
- You are responsible for having whatever agreements and notices your clients and their website visitors are entitled to under privacy law.
If you are a client user
An agency invited you, and the agency decides what you can see and for how long. Questions about the numbers in your dashboards are best put to your agency.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- access data you are not entitled to, or try to get around access controls;
- probe, overload or disrupt the service, or use automated tools to scrape it;
- use the service to break the law or anyone else's rights;
- resell the service or copy it to build a competing one.
Your data
You keep all rights to the data you bring to Rivenly. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to provide the service to you. How we handle personal information and Google data is described in the privacy policy.
Third-party services
Dashboards depend on data from third parties such as Google. Rivenly does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability or for the accuracy of the data they provide. Your use of them is also subject to their own terms.
Fees
Rivenly is free during early access. If paid plans are introduced, we will tell you the price and get your agreement before charging you anything.
Ending your use
You can stop using Rivenly at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@rivenly.xyz. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Disclaimers
Rivenly is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the reports it shows are complete or accurate. Check important figures against their source before relying on them.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Rivenly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. If a change matters, we will update the date at the top and email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use Rivenly after that means you accept the new terms.
