Features / How you run the work
Bring your own assistant to work.
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant that speaks MCP. Ask it what needs attention this morning, how a client's month went, or have it draft a reply to a request.
Request accessThree requests are unread. One is urgent: Harbor & Pine Outfitters wants the homepage banner changed before the weekend.
Two tasks are overdue, both yours. The March report for Northside Dental is due today.
Want me to reply to the urgent one and make a task for it?

What it does
It reads what you can read
The inbox, tasks, clients, reports, posts, reviews and brand kits. For the owner, contracts and billing too. A key has no rights of its own: it sees what the person who made it can see.
It acts only if you allow it
A key that allows changes can reply to requests, leave internal notes, change a request's status or assignee, make and finish tasks, and add client notes. The same people are emailed as when you do it yourself.
Built in where it helps
Inside Rivenly, Claude files the client emails you forward and drafts posts from a brief. Both use your own Anthropic account, so you control the cost.
The details.
- For clients too
- A client can connect an assistant to their portal. It is read-only and sees exactly what their portal shows.
- Keys per person
- Each person makes and removes their own keys. Only a hash of a key is stored.
- What it can't do
- An assistant can't delete anything, or change contracts, billing, posts or client settings.
- Your data
- Rivenly doesn't use your data or your clients' data to train AI models.
Ask for a workspace.
Rivenly is opening to agencies a few at a time. Every feature is included at $12 per client, per month.
