Features / What your clients see

One login for everything a client needs from you.

Each client gets a private portal: their reports, the posts waiting for approval, their requests, invoices, contracts and brand kit. It opens on what needs them today.

What it does

A home page that says what needs them

Contracts to sign, invoices due, posts waiting for approval and requests with a new reply are listed first. Below that is a card for each area, with the last 28 days of website visits at a glance.

Roles for each person

The owner, the marketing lead and the bookkeeper don't need the same things. Five roles come ready-made (Admin, Social media, Website, Billing and Viewer), and you can add your own. For each part of the portal a role can have no access, view it, or manage it.

Your agency's name, their logo

The portal carries the client's logo and your agency's name. You can open any portal yourself and see exactly what the client sees.

As many people as the client needs

Invite people by email. They set a password and land in the portal. Logins are never counted or charged for.

The details.

Switch things off per client
Requests and billing can be hidden for a client who doesn't need them.
Their own account page
Each person can change their details and password without asking you.
Their own assistant
A client can connect Claude or ChatGPT to their portal. It reads what they can see and changes nothing.
