Features / How you run the work
Win the client in the same place you'll look after them.
Write a priced proposal, send it as a link, and see when it is opened. The prospect picks their add-ons and accepts online. Your salespeople get a login that shows them proposals and sales materials, and nothing else.

What it does
Proposals with prices that add up
A pitch, then a line for each thing you're offering: one time, monthly or yearly. Mark a line as an add-on and the prospect checks the ones they want. The total follows what they check.
A link, not an attachment
A prospect needs no account and no client record. You're emailed the first time they open it, and when they accept or decline. Change a proposal after sending and the link they already have shows the new version.
A seat for salespeople
Invite someone as Sales and they can write and send their own proposals and use your sales materials. They never see your clients, the inbox, billing or contracts. You see everyone's proposals, and what each person has out and has won.
One library for what you show and say
Keep your case studies, one-pagers, decks and pricing sheets in one place, and attach any of them to a proposal. Scripts for first emails, discovery calls, follow-ups and objections sit beside them, with five to start from.
The details.
- From yes to client
- An accepted proposal becomes a client in one click, with the person who accepted as the first contact. Their contract can be drafted from your template at the same moment, with the price they accepted, for you to review and send.
- Templates
- Save any proposal as a template, so your packages are quoted the same way by everyone who sells.
- For existing clients too
- A proposal to a current client shows in their portal beside their contracts.
- What is recorded
- Who accepted, their title and email, when, and from where, with the add-ons they chose and what it came to.
- Good through
- Give a proposal a last day. After it, the prospect can still read it but can't accept it.
- Limits
- Prices are in US dollars. Accepting a proposal is not a signed contract: send the contract next.
