Features / How you run the work
From proposal to signed, without another tool.
Write proposals and contracts from your own templates and send them for signature. E-signature is built in, so there is no outside service and no fee per document.

What it does
Your wording, filled in per client
Keep your standard terms as templates. The client's name, the signer, the dates and the fee are filled in when you send. Rivenly supplies no legal terms of its own.
Signing takes a minute
The signer gets an emailed link and needs no account. They read it, agree to sign electronically and type their name, or decline and say why. Unsigned contracts are chased after three and seven days.
A signed copy with its record
Both sides are emailed a PDF with both signatures and a signature record: who signed, when, from where, and a fingerprint of the exact text that was signed.
Signing starts the work
Choose what happens when the client signs: start their subscription, add your onboarding checklist to Tasks, invite the signer to the portal, and ask for a card if they have none on file.
The details.
- After a proposal
- Once a prospect accepts a proposal and becomes a client, the contract is the next step from the same screen.
- Renewals
- You're reminded 30 days before a contract ends. One set to renew automatically rolls on to a new term.
- Signed elsewhere
- Add a PDF of a contract signed somewhere else, with its dates, and it gets the same reminders.
- In the portal
- Clients can read and download their contracts and see where each one stands.
- About the signatures
- A typed-name electronic signature with a record of who, when and where. Some documents need more, so have a lawyer look at your templates.
