What each client gets.
See every feature- A private portal
- Their reports, posts, requests, invoices, contracts and brand kit behind one login, with your agency's name on it.
- Every dashboard
- Website, search, keyword rankings, Google Ads and Meta Ads, with Excel and PDF exports and a scheduled summary email.
- Social posts and reviews
- Plan posts, get them approved in the portal, publish them on time, and reply to Google reviews.
- Requests and tasks
- A shared inbox for what the client asks for, with internal notes, assignment and to-dos.
- Proposals and contracts
- Built-in e-signature with a signed PDF and its record. There is no fee per document.
- Billing through your Stripe
- Subscriptions and invoices on your own Stripe account. Stripe's fees are Stripe's; Rivenly adds none.
- Automations and assistants
- Workflows for the follow-ups, and a connection for Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant.
- As many logins as you need
- Invite the client's whole team and your own. People are never counted.
Questions about the price.
- What counts as a client?
- A client is one business you work with, with its own portal. It can use every part of Rivenly or only one, with any number of people signing in. That is one client, $12 a month.
- Do some features cost extra?
- No. Every client gets everything. Services you connect with your own account, such as Stripe or an Anthropic key for post drafts, bill you directly on their own terms.
- Is there a minimum, or a setup fee?
- No. One client is one client. There is no setup fee and no charge for your own agency login.
- What happens when I add or remove a client?
- The price follows the number of clients you have. Remove a client and you stop paying for it.
- When does billing start?
- Rivenly is in early access and billing isn't switched on yet. Workspaces opened now aren't charged. We'll email you before that changes, and nothing is charged without your agreement.
