Run every client from one place.
Rivenly is where a marketing agency keeps its clients: reports, social posts and approvals, requests, contracts, billing and brand kits. Each client gets a private portal with your name on it.

This is a working client dashboard, not a screenshot. Switch the date range, or hover the chart. The client and numbers are made up.
Nine tools that share one client list.
Each part works by itself and hands off to the next. A signed contract starts the subscription. A request becomes a task. The voice notes in a brand kit shape the next post draft.
Client portal
One private login per client, with your agency's name on it.
Reports
Website, search and ad dashboards that stay current on their own.
Social posts and reviews
Plan posts, get the client's approval, publish, and answer Google reviews.
Brand kit
Each client's logos, colors, fonts and voice, kept where everyone can find them.
Inbox and tasks
Client requests in one inbox, and the team's to-dos beside them.
Proposals and sales
Priced proposals a prospect accepts online, and a seat for the people who sell.
Contracts and e-signature
Send a contract, get it signed, and start the work automatically.
Billing
Subscriptions and invoices through your own Stripe account.
Automations
Workflows that send the follow-ups and make the tasks for you.
AI assistants
Let Claude or ChatGPT read your inbox, reports and clients, and act for you.
Your client gets one login, not six.
No report in one inbox, approval thread in another and invoice in a third. The portal opens on what needs them today, and each person sees only the parts their role allows.

- 1
Send the proposal
The client signs from an emailed link. Signing can start their subscription, add your onboarding checklist to Tasks and invite them to their portal.
- 2
Connect their accounts
Sign in to Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Stripe once for the whole agency. Then pick each client's property, ad account and pages from a list.
- 3
Do the work in one place
Requests land in your inbox. Posts go out for approval and publish on time. The follow-ups you'd otherwise forget send themselves.
- 4
They check in when they like
The portal shows current numbers, what was published and what they owe. A summary reaches their inbox every week or month.
What Rivenly does with Google data.
For reports, Rivenly asks Google for permission to view your Google Analytics data, and your Search Console data if you add it. That access is read-only. It cannot change settings, edit properties or see anything else in your Google account.
It uses that access to show traffic, audience, search and conversion reports to you and to the client each property belongs to. Report data is cached for a few hours to keep dashboards fast. Your Google sign-in token is encrypted before it is stored, and it is never sent to a browser.
Google Ads and Google Business Profile are separate sign-ins, made only if you want them. Rivenly uses the first only to read what a client's ads cost and brought in. It uses the second to publish posts the client has approved, and to read and reply to their reviews.
Rivenly doesn't sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Disconnect a Google account and the token is revoked at Google and deleted here. The privacy policy has the details.
