Features / How you run the work
Every client request in one inbox.
Clients send requests from their portal. Each becomes a numbered conversation your team can assign, answer and finish. The tasks that come out of them live on the next page.
Request accessBanner art is in the brand kit. I'll have it live by 3.
An illustration. The client and numbers are made up.
What it does
Requests are conversations
A subject, a category, details, images and an urgent flag. Either side replies, and the client is emailed. Your team can leave internal notes in the same thread that the client never sees.
Forward an email, get a request
Clients still email you. Forward the message to your Rivenly address and Claude works out which client it's from and files it as a request. When it isn't sure, the email waits for you to place it.
Tasks with owners and dates
To-dos with an optional client and due date, grouped into overdue, today and upcoming. Make a task from a request and it links back. A morning email lists what each person has due.
Assignment that follows the client
Give each client an account manager and their new requests go to that person automatically, along with the emails about them.
The details.
- Statuses
- Open, in progress, waiting on client and done. A client replying to a finished request reopens it.
- Views
- Active, Unread, Done and Mine, with an unread count beside the Inbox link.
- Log a request yourself
- After a phone call, add the request on the client's behalf, with or without emailing them.
- Account notes
- Private notes on each client, pinned when they matter, and the people you deal with there.
- Team accounts
- Invite staff to work across every client. Billing and contracts stay with the owner.
Ask for a workspace.
